Lemonade for the Soul

Reflection Memorial Garden

Nick’s Garden Center is honored to have hosted such a special event. Veronica was the youngest soul taken in the 7/20 theater tragedy and was sworn in as an honorary Police Officer at Nick’s. Being a police officer was a wish in her young life. The Aurora Police Department is among the finest in the nation and it was an honor to see this proud tradition of an officer being sworn in at our store. Aubrey, Veronica Moser Sullivan’s younger cousin, wanted to raise money in her honor for the Reflection Memorial Garden in Aurora.
Veronica, like all children, was in awe of the beauty of nature all around her.
Although the lemonade stand is over you can still donate here.

Thank you

Thank you to all those who came to Nick’s to support this cause and to everyone in this community we call home.
Thank you Aurora Police Department for the selfless acts and courage you display everyday in our great city.
Thank you Aurora Fire Department for the brave acts and countless hours of keeping our city safe.
