 Native Plants in the Landscape

A lifelong plant lover and assistant professor of horticulture at Colorado State University, Jennifer Bousselot will discuss the importance of adding Colorado native plants to our gardens.  Not only are Colorado native plants beautiful and drought tolerant but they also provide food and habitat for our native pollinators and birds. Jennifer has partnered with others at the Colorado Native Plant Society to craft a user-friendly, pictorial guide to hundreds of the Southwest’s most common native plants in the book Common Southwestern Native Plants:  An Identification Guide.  Copies will be available for sale and signing.

Join us on Saturday, April 13th from 11am to 12pm at Nick’s Garden Center
The Presentation is free but please call 303-696-6657 to sign up because space is limited.
